🚚 1. Equipment Pick-Up & Return

Lessee is responsible for picking up and returning equipment on the agreed dates and times.

All equipment must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition as received. Late returns may result in additional charges.

💳 2. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available during checkout.

🛟 3. Safety & Supervision

Lessee is solely responsible for the safe and proper use of all equipment. Adult supervision is required at all times.

• No sharp objects inside inflatables.
• No food or drinks inside inflatables.
• No pets or shoes inside inflatables.
• No rough play or unsafe use.
• All provided safety instructions must be followed.

⚠️ 4. Assumption of Risk

Lessee understands that the use of inflatable and party equipment involves inherent risks, including injury, falls, collisions, and equipment failure.

Lessee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

📝 5. Responsibility, Liability & Indemnification

Lessee assumes full responsibility for:

• The equipment while it is in the Lessee's possession.
• The safety of all participants.

🌦️ 6. Weather Policy

Equipment must not be used during high winds, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions.

Lessee agrees to stop use immediately if conditions become unsafe.

🚫 7. Prohibited Uses

• Do not move, modify, or tamper with equipment.
• Keep smoking, open flames, and grills at least 25 feet away.
• Equipment may not be used for illegal or unsafe purposes.

📱 8. SMS & Communications

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages.

Messages may include reservation confirmations and updates, contract reminders, pickup and return information, payment or reservation notices, and customer service communications related to a rental or inquiry.

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pick Up Your Party liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable rental.

📍 10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

✅ 11. General Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

By completing a booking, Lessee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
