BOOKING DETAILS
This Party Rental Agreement applies to the rental associated with your confirmed booking, as referenced in your email or text message confirmation from Pick Up Your Party.
Your confirmed booking details, including event date(s), rental items, and total amount, are considered part of this Agreement.
Please review those details carefully. By signing this Agreement, you confirm that your booking information is accurate and that you agree to the terms outlined below.
GENERAL RULES

A responsible adult age 18 or older must supervise the use of all rented equipment at all times.

Participants must remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, badges, and any sharp, hard, or loose objects before entering or using the equipment.

No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, slime, or other choking hazards or messy substances are allowed in or on any rental equipment.

No pets, smoking, vaping, open flames, grills, fireworks, silly string, tree sap, paint, markers, face paint, makeup, glitter, or sticky substances are permitted near or on any rented equipment.

No flipping, rough play, running, pushing, wrestling, climbing on walls or non-climbable areas, hanging from netting, or other unsafe behavior is permitted.

Equipment must not be used during severe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, or thunderstorms. Water should be removed and blowers unplugged during dangerous weather conditions.

Water slide surfaces may become slippery. Riders must slide feet-first only, one person at a time unless otherwise designed for multiple riders, and may not dive, jump, run up the slide, stand during descent, or slide head-first.

The Recipient agrees to use all equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe and reasonable manner.
EQUIPMENT USAGE

Weather:
If winds exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour, lightning occurs, or severe weather develops, all participants must discontinue use and electrical equipment must be turned off. Once conditions are safe, dry the equipment and blower adequately before resuming use.

Power Interruption:
If a blower or motor stops for any reason, all participants must calmly and safely exit the equipment. Check for tripped breakers or loose cords and reset the circuit as appropriate. Always use a dedicated circuit for blowers or other powered rental items.

Power Requirements:
Recipient must provide a grounded 115-volt electrical outlet within 50 feet of the equipment. Only one blower or powered unit may be connected per fuse circuit unless otherwise instructed.

Cleaning and Condition:
Recipient shall return all rental equipment reasonably clean and free of debris. Equipment should be dry at return whenever weather conditions permit.
In the event of rain or wet weather, Recipient is still responsible for properly securing, protecting, and caring for the equipment and must make reasonable efforts to remove excess water, mud, and debris before return.
Recipient is responsible for any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. Damage beyond ordinary wear and tear includes, but is not limited to: cutting or tearing vinyl, fabric, or netting; damaging handles, hoses, blowers, liners, or other components; flooding from improper use or storage; overloading; overturning; misuse; abuse; contamination with food, paint, chemicals, silly string, clay, face paint, gum, confetti, or other foreign substances.
Wet equipment returned due to weather conditions alone will not be considered damage; however, excessive mud, standing water, mildew risk, or improper storage may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.

Fees and Authorization:

A $300 fee applies for minor damage or cleaning due to Silly String, tree sap, paint, or sticky substances. Significant damage may result in full repair or replacement costs.

A $50 per hour late fee applies to equipment not returned by the agreed return time on the confirmed reservation.

The Recipient authorizes the Business to charge applicable fees, damages, cleaning costs, or other amounts due under this Agreement to the payment method provided or card on file.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS

13' x 13' or larger bounce units: maximum 800 lbs total occupancy; ages 3 and up.

11' x 11' bounce units: maximum 700 lbs total occupancy; ages 3 and up.
-
9' x 9' bounce units: maximum 500 lbs total occupancy; ages 3 and up.
-
6' x 6' bounce units: maximum 250 lbs total occupancy; ages 3 and up.
-
Slides and obstacle courses: maximum 250 lbs per participant; one participant per climbing ladder, lane, or sliding surface at a time unless otherwise posted.
Occupancy limits and rider requirements may vary by inflatable. Recipient agrees to follow all posted safety signage and manufacturer recommendations for the specific rented equipment.
LIABILITY RELEASE

Release and Assumption of Risk:
Recipient acknowledges that using rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, electrical hazards, collisions, and property damage, which could result in injury, illness, emotional distress, or death. Recipient voluntarily assumes all risks for themselves, their guests, and invitees.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
Recipient releases, indemnifies, and agrees to hold harmless and discharge Hump Enterprises, LLC dba Pick Up Your Party Rentals, its owners, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising from the rental or use of equipment, including those alleged to be caused by negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Recipient agrees to reimburse reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by the Business in defense of claims for which Recipient has agreed to indemnify the Business.
TITLE AND POSSESSION

Recipient's right to possess the rented equipment begins on the reservation start date and ends at the return time and date listed on the confirmed reservation. Failure to return equipment on time constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Rental equipment includes all accessories and related components provided by the Business, including but not limited to inflatables, blowers, extension cords, stakes, tarps, hoses, straps, sandbags, mats, and other related items. All such items are considered part of the rental equipment and must be returned in substantially the same condition received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

If any equipment or accessories are not returned, are lost, stolen, abandoned, or damaged beyond repair while in the Recipient's possession, the Recipient agrees to pay the applicable repair or replacement value of the equipment or accessories, plus reasonable recovery, collection, repair, cleaning, attorney, or incidental costs permitted by law.

Blowers must remain upright, dry, properly ventilated, and free from obstruction during operation. Extension cords must be kept away from standing water and high-traffic areas. All inflatable equipment must remain properly anchored at all times while in use.

The Business reserves the right to recover or repossess rented equipment that is not timely returned, in accordance with applicable law.

All rentals are final once equipment leaves the premises. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued for early return, unused time, weather, or circumstances beyond the Business's control after pickup.

In the event of severe weather prior to pickup, the Business may, at its discretion and according to its applicable weather policy, allow rescheduling, a rain check, or store credit.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, REFUNDS, AND RETURN
Recipient agrees to comply with the pickup, return, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, rain-check, and late-fee terms applicable to the confirmed reservation.
Recipient is responsible for reviewing the confirmed reservation for the applicable pickup and return dates and times.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement, together with the confirmed reservation details and any safety, setup, operating, or return instructions provided by Pick Up Your Party, constitutes the agreement governing the rental.
By signing below, Recipient acknowledges having had the opportunity to review these terms before accepting this Agreement.
