At Pick Up Your Party, we want your celebration to be safe and fun! By renting equipment from us, you (“Lessee”) agree to the following terms:

1. Equipment Pick-Up & Return

• Lessee is responsible for picking up and returning equipment on the agreed dates and times.

• All equipment must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition as received. Late returns may result in additional charges.

2. Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of booking.

• We accept all major credit cards.

3. Safety & Supervision

• Lessee is responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.

• Adult supervision is required at all times for children using inflatables or party equipment.

• No sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, shoes, or rough play allowed inside inflatables.

4. Responsibility & Liability

• Lessee assumes full responsibility for the equipment and for the safety of all participants.

• Pick Up Your Party is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during use.

• Lessee agrees to pay for any loss or damage (other than normal wear and tear).

5. Weather Policy

• Equipment must not be used in high winds, lightning, or unsafe weather conditions.

• Lessee must stop use and deflate inflatables if unsafe conditions occur.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Do not move or alter equipment after pick-up.

• Keep all smoking, open flames, and grills at least 25 feet away.

• Equipment may not be used for illegal purposes.
