At Pick Up Your Party, operated by Hump Enterprises, LLC, we want your celebration to be safe and fun. By renting equipment from us, you (“Lessee”) agree to the following terms:

1. Equipment Pick-Up & Return

Lessee is responsible for picking up and returning equipment on the agreed dates and times.

All equipment must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition as received. Late returns may result in additional charges.

2. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

We accept major credit cards.

3. Safety & Supervision

Lessee is solely responsible for the safe and proper use of all equipment.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

No sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, shoes, or rough play allowed inside inflatables.

Lessee agrees to follow all safety instructions provided.

4. Assumption of Risk

Lessee understands that the use of inflatable and party equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, or equipment failure.

Lessee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

5. Responsibility, Liability & Indemnification

Lessee assumes full responsibility for:

• The equipment while in their possession
• The safety of all participants

Hump Enterprises, LLC (dba Pick Up Your Party) shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the equipment.

Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hump Enterprises, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Use or misuse of the equipment
• Injury to any person
• Damage to property

Lessee agrees to pay for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Weather Policy

Equipment must not be used in high winds, lightning, or unsafe weather conditions.

Lessee agrees to stop use immediately if unsafe conditions occur.

7. Prohibited Uses

Do not move, modify, or tamper with equipment.

Keep smoking, open flames, and grills at least 25 feet away.

Equipment may not be used for illegal or unsafe purposes.

8. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive communications from Hump Enterprises, LLC (Pick Up Your Party), including service-related messages and occasional promotional messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hump Enterprises, LLC’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the rental.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

11. General Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

By completing a booking, Lessee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
