What Happens Next
1. We’ll Be in Touch! 📞 – Expect a confirmation email and SMS shortly with all the details. Your rental contract will be emailed the day before pick up.
Your contract is sent through Square the day before your pick-up. Please check your inbox and your spam or junk folder if you do not see it right away. All contracts are e-signed via email. We can resend it when you arrive if needed.
2. Arrive on Time for Pickup
Pickup is during your selected pickup window (8AM - 9AM). Please arrive at your selected time, as pickups are scheduled and move quickly. Pick Up Your Party is a pickup and return service only. We do not deliver.
3. Pick Up Your Rental
When you arrive, we will help guide the pickup process so you can get in and out as smoothly as possible. Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for the item(s) you reserved. A very detailed email is sent to you regarding more information.
4. Enjoy Your Rental
Have fun and enjoy your event! Be sure to follow all safety and care instructions for the rental item(s). Send us a SMS if you have any questions/concerns during your rental.
5. Return on Time
Your return date and time are listed in your reservation details. Please return your rental on time to avoid late fees and/or lost of future rental privileges.
